Internet has been non-existent, We arrived Sunday night and got moved in about 2030 and it started snowing late , so the ski runs were icy Monday. I fell more Monday than I have for the past two years, but falling is part of skiing. Tuesday more fresh snow and George and I had to cut Travis loose because we were holding him up. George and I held to the easier runs while Travis tested his skills on the advanced runs-all in all another great day.
Tuesday it snowed off and on most of the day but got serious about 1900 and when we go up this morning there were 14 inches of the fresh stuff everywhere, so up early and to the slopes about 0815-lifts open at 0830. To our surprise when we were in sight of the gondola there were a thousand folks waiting in line. George and I decided this would be one of our non ski days while Travis braved the lines, he said the lines were not near as bad up on the mountain and he had a good day. George and I toured the Olympic Village and enjoyed watching the 2014 Olympics, Canada takes great pride in their teams and has great TV coverage. Will write more when I can.
