Frank and Eugenia getting a photo at the bus stop before a long day of skiing.
Frank, Tyler, and Eugenia taking a photo, again, before a long day of skiing.
Tyler at the bus stop. He loves it so much.
SCARY!!! Here we are at lunch getting a picture. Eugenia looks, well, we can judge that for ourselves. Frank looks like he is asleep. He can't handle those Colorado slopes.
Lunch time is an important time of the day, to take a short break, rest the legs and provide a bit of nuroishment for the body. Here Tyler and Bill look on as photos are taken for the blog. Tyler has skied only three times and is already complaining that us old folks ski to slow. Young folks are truly a wonder, no old parts, no pains and fearless, Tyler is skiing the most dificult Blues and some of the Black Diamond slopes that I had just as soon avoid, but can't let a 13 year old that has only skied 3 times outdo me, an old guy that has been sking for 25 years.
Here's the gang, finally got them lined up in front of the Breckenridge Trail Marker. LtoR, Frank, Eugenia, Tyler and Bill (old man in the crowd, he's 76 and out skies most of us, and if thats' not bad enough he did not start sking until he was 65) he is my idol.
Tyler and Bill ready to ski the double black (most difficult slopes on the mountain), I told them I would go the long way around and meet them at the bottom,( my Mother did not raise a crazy son, and I told Judith I would come home without anything in a cast. Judith has told me if I break anything, then no more ski trips without adult supervision.)
